Greycoat are appointed by Citizen M to develop their Citizen M Tower Hill Hotel. Greycoat has led the design team from concept design phase and a planning application has been submitted. The site sits opposite The Tower of London within The Tower conservation area. The Hotel will be developed over Tower Hill underground station which will remain in use throughout the build phase.
Once completed Tower Hill will be CitizenM's flagship hotel and will comprise 370 rooms.
