Greycoat completed the development of 30 Crown Place in January 2009. Despite a very difficult occupational market in the City Greycoat agreed a deal with Pinsent Masons LLP to take a lease on the building for a term of 20 years. The deal includes Pinsent Masons handing back three floors to Greycoat for a term of five years and Greycoat have subsequently set up a serviced office operation on these floors and completed the fit out of these floors in December 2010. Greycoat continues to asset manage the building and manages the serviced office operation.
