101 New Cavendish Street, W1

Greycoat completed the development of 101 New Cavendish Street in Q1 2009, including new residential and retail accommodation. The 90,000 sq ft offices have been let to University of Westminster and Cossette UK, who have each taken approx 45,000 sq ft, on 10 year leases. Greycoat continues to asset manage this mixed use West End building.
