Greycoat is a niche property company specialising in fund and asset management of Central London Commercial Properties.

After many years as a listed public company Greycoat is now a private limited company wholly owned by the management.

In 2006 Greycoat formed Greycoat Central London Office Development LP, a fund whose investors are an affiliate of Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Real Estate, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, ING Real Estate Investment Management and Mn Services. The fund raised £130m of equity which was invested during 2006 in three Central London development sites.

More recently Greycoat has been concentrating on its fund and asset management activities. It currently asset manages two large and complex central London estates and is seeking to take advantage of the severe downturn in property values experienced in 2007 and 2008 and the comparatively attractive pricing of central London investments against historic trends and other markets.
